Classes
PICK YOUR VOLTAGE
Three classes, all coached, all scaled to you and capped at eight people. Mix them however you like across 42 sessions a week.

45-min conditioning
HYPERDRIVE
Intervals on bikes, rowers, sleds, ropes and kettlebells, timed and colour-coded on the screens so you always know when to push and when to breathe.
Every station has an easier and a harder option. You pick the effort; the coach keeps you honest and your technique tidy when you’re tired.

Classes FAQ
GOOD QUESTIONS
I’m not fit yet. Can I still come?
Yes. That’s what the classes are for. Every session has scaled options and your first week focuses on learning the moves.
How heavy will I have to lift?
Only what you can move well. In IRON HOUR your coach picks starting weights with you, and many members start with an empty bar or a kettlebell.
What if a class is full?
Join the waitlist in the app (example). If someone cancels, you’ll get a notification and the spot is yours.
Can I do two classes in a row?
Yes, a lot of members pair IRON HOUR with REBOOT. Just book both sessions separately.
I have an injury. What should I do?
Check with your own health professional first, then tell your coach before class. They’ll suggest alternatives, but they can’t diagnose or treat injuries.
Do you run classes on public holidays?
One community class at 8am (example). It’s posted in the timetable a week ahead.
