EIGHT RACKS, EIGHT PLATFORMS
One rack per person in IRON HOUR, with bumper plates, kettlebells and dumbbells to suit every level.
About
A warehouse, four racks and a playlist. That’s how it started. This is the story of a fictional club, written for this example site.

Our story
Rivetfox started in a Valley warehouse with four racks, a borrowed speaker and a handful of friends who found big-box gyms lonely and confusing. We wanted coaching that felt like a gig, not a chore.
The rules were simple from day one: small groups, a coach watching every rep and no mirrors to pose in. Word spread through workmates and housemates, and the 5:30am class filled before we had a sign on the door.
Today it’s 42 classes a week, a crew that high-fives strangers and coaches who remember your squat numbers. The lights are brighter, the speaker is ours, and the four original racks are still on the floor.

Values
Weight goes on the bar when the movement is right, not before. Nobody is rushed.
Eight people, one coach, every rep seen. It’s the reason we cap every class.
No mirrors, no posing, no leaderboard shaming. Just the work and the crew.
A light session beats a skipped one. Every class has an easier option.
Coaches learn names, goals and old injuries, and check in when you go quiet.
We coach movement. For injuries or medical advice, we point you to a health professional.
