Who do you send to?
Only people who’ve agreed to hear from you. Australia’s Spam Act requires consent, clear sender details and a working unsubscribe link, and every issue we send includes them.
Which email platforms do you use?
We work in the platform you already have, such as Mailchimp, or help you choose one. You pay the platform directly. Tell us what you use and we’ll confirm.
Who owns my email list?
You do. Your list stays in your own account.
How long does it take?
Setup is ready in about 10 business days from your kickoff brief, and your first newsletter goes out about 2 weeks after kickoff. Business days are Monday to Friday, Brisbane time. The clock starts once we have your kickoff brief, and pauses while we wait on your feedback.
