AI assistants can get things wrong. We limit it to the information you give us, test it before launch, and set it to hand over to you when it isn’t sure. We review conversations each month and fix weak answers.
Will it work on my website?
Most website platforms let you add a chat window with a small piece of code. Tell us what your site runs on and we’ll confirm before you commit.
Will visitors know it’s AI?
Yes. We label it as an AI assistant so people know who they’re talking to.
What’s the difference between a monthly plan and the one-off build?
On a monthly plan we look after it for you: a monthly check of conversations, with its answers updated as your business changes. With the one-off build (A$2,497) we set it up, test it and hand it over for one payment, and you pay the chatbot platform directly. After handover you run it yourself, and we don’t change anything in the background. If you’d like help later, we quote it as separate paid work.
